Commissions

Commissions are received from either interior designers /architects or private clients.

Elevations and drawings are usually provided by the client or designer together with any specification for the style, scale and colours. Quotes are then provided with a choice of options depending on the complexity and scale of work.

If any architectural details are needed he will submit profiles of mouldings (for example, in a panelled room) where the spacing of panels may affect the positioning of doors, windows furniture etc.

A watercolour visual is then prepared of a single elevation or ceiling to give a realistic impression of the final work. Once the client is satisfied with the visual the design is then transferred on to sheet canvas, paper or glass in the studio, which would be fixed to the wall or ceiling area at a later date.

Mark will be happy to answer any questions you may have about a prospective project and discuss how to proceed.
